Camp Rules

⏰ ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

• Players must be on time for all training sessions and activities.

• All campers are required to attend every session unless declared unfit or sick by the camp trainer.

• Injured players must still attend sessions unless advised otherwise by the trainer.

👟 DRESS CODE & EQUIPMENT

• Proper football boots must be worn at all times.

• Shin guards are mandatory during training and matches.

• Hats are not allowed unless approved by the head coach or athletic trainer.

• No drinks or snacks are allowed on the field. Glucose will be provided when necessary.

🧠 BEHAVIOUR & DISCIPLINE

• Listen attentively whenever coaches or officials are addressing you.

• Players must show good sportsmanship, respect, and positive attitude at all times.

• Obey all instructions given by coaches and camp officials.

• Maintain order in the dining area and all common spaces.

• Control your attitude and ego. Any conflict with another player must be reported to a coach.

• Any issue with a coach should be reported to the house or team captain.

🏠 CAMP LIFE & SAFETY

• Lights out is 12:00 AM unless stated otherwise by camp management.

• Players must remain in their rooms after lights out.

• Unnecessary noise, damage to facilities, and disorderly behaviour are prohibited.

• Cabins and surrounding areas must be kept clean at all times.

• The kitchen area is strictly restricted to authorised staff only.

🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIONS

• Stealing is grounds for immediate dismissal.

• Fireworks, weapons, or dangerous objects are strictly forbidden.

• Drugs, smoking, alcohol, and any illegal substances are not allowed.

• Players on prescription medication must inform the camp trainer.

• Pornographic or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

• Violence of any kind, including fighting, bullying, or harassment, will not be tolerated.

🚶 MOVEMENT & VISITATION

• Players are not allowed to leave the camp without permission from the camp director.

• Girlfriends or boyfriends are not allowed in camp.

• Family visits are permitted Sundays between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM only.

⚠️ DAMAGES & REPORTING

• Any damaged or broken equipment must be reported immediately to camp officials.

❗ DISMISSAL POLICY

• Any player dismissed or eliminated must leave the camp within 48 hours after family notification.

• Any player found violating these rules will be sent home immediately without refund.
