At Osaro Intl Sports Academy Ltd, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and fairness in all our operations — including sponsorships, donations, and payments.
All donations and sponsorship payments made to the Academy are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
Once funds are received, they are immediately allocated to youth training programs, facilities, and development activities. Because of this, we cannot reverse or refund donations after processing.
If you believe an error has occurred in your transaction, please contact us within 7 days of payment, and our team will review the case promptly.
Refund Eligibility:
A full or partial refund may be issued only if a player withdraws before the official start of the training session or program.
Non-Refundable After Commencement:
Once a training program, camp, or season has begun, fees are non-refundable as resources and logistics have already been allocated.
Exceptional Cases:
Refunds may be considered in cases of verified medical emergencies or relocation, subject to management approval.
If you purchase academy-branded merchandise (e.g., jerseys, kits, or accessories):
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of payment.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method or via direct bank transfer.
