How to Scout a Player at OSARO
We operate a structured scouting process that protects player welfare whilst giving legitimate professionals access to relevant squad information.
Step-by-Step Process
- Browse the Players directory and filter by age group (U9–U19) or position
- Review the Player CV Profiles overview for how information is presented
- Submit your organisation details and player enquiry via our Contact page or the Scout Hub
- Academy management will respond through official channels with appropriate information
Important Guidelines
- Direct contact with minors outside academy channels is not permitted
- Unannounced attendance at training sessions is not allowed
- All scouting activity must comply with our safeguarding policies
